I purchased a Pre-Sale at a recent event.  How do I choose my media?

          Selecting your Pre-Sale.

  1. Go to our website: www.staractionshots.com 
  2. Log in and create an account.  
  3. Go to your Event gallery . 
  4. Select your favorites (up to 99) by marking them with a heart <3 .
  5.  If you have multiple pre-sales? Then make sure to create a separate favorites group for each pre-sale;
  6. We can only send you a link to download for 99 photos. 
  7. website does not permit us to do anymore. (Very important that you create separate favorite groups)
  8. DO NOT ADD MEDIA TO YOUR CART
  9. When you finish selecting your favorites, share those favorites with us via email at info@staractionshots.com.
  10. We will then send you the link to download your purchase.

         Q. When will the photos from the weekend be available online?  

    All of your photos during regionals will be uploaded to the Star Action Shots Zenfolio website by the Tuesday following your event (in some cases sooner).
    For NATIONAL events?  All media will be uploading by 1 week after the event has finished sometimes sooner.

         Q. How do I place an order for videos post event? 

     Go to your desired event gallery. 
     Click an image from that gallery.
     Click "Buy"
     A list of options will populate, including video.

         Q. If I place a video order online how long does it take to receive it? 

     Digital videos will be emailed in 2 to 3 business days. A confirmation email will be sent informing you when your order has been mailed or emailed. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as the email may bounce there.

         Q. Its been 3 or more days since I placed an order for a digital video to be emailed, how can I follow up on that? 

               Try checking your spam/junk folders if you do not see an email from us in your inbox.

         Q. How do I transfer the digital video and photographs to my digital devices (iPhone, iPads etc) after I download from your website? 

     We suggest using the PHOTO MOMENTS APP.  Just download it to your phone or tablet for easy streaming, sharing and cataloging.
